IV International Workshop On Oil & Gas Depletion
Lisbon, Portugal, the 19-20th May 2005
ASPO is a network of concerned scientists in European Universities and Government Departments with the following declared mission:
- To evaluate the world’s endowment and definition of oil and gas;
- To study depletion, taking due account of economics, demand, technology, and politics;
- To raise awareness of the serious consequences for Mankind.
It has been in existence for four years, putting out a monthly newsletter, operating a website www.peakoil.net and holding annual conferences.
ASPO ‘s 2005 annual Conference, the IV INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON OIL&GAS DEPLETION, will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, on the 19-20th May 2005, in the Caluste Gulbenkian Foundation, with the sponsorship of both Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and PARTEX Oil and Gas, and the organizing support of Geophysics Centre of Évora , the University of Évora.
